This notice explains how ActivEdge Solutions Pte Ltd (“ActivEdge”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data collected through activedge.sg. Individual ActivEdge products maintain their own privacy notices for information processed within those products.

Information we collect

The contact form prepares an email draft in your device's email application. The website does not transmit or store the form contents. ActivEdge receives your name, email address, optional company or organisation, area of interest and message only if you send that email.

How we use it

If you send the prepared email, we use its contents to respond to your enquiry, route it to the appropriate product team and maintain appropriate business correspondence. We do not ask for a telephone number through this form.

Analytics

This site is designed to record aggregate interactions such as product views, outbound product visits, app-download clicks and form outcomes when an analytics service is configured. Analytics events must not include the contents of the form, names, email addresses or other personal information.

Sharing and retention

We may use service providers to host the website, provide email services and deliver privacy-conscious analytics. Information is shared only as needed for those services or where required by law. We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.

Your choices and rights
